SHARE Kansas - Planet Mainframe Team

The connections made at conferences like SHARE are the lifeblood of our community and the conversations are a testament to the collaborative spirit that drives the mainframe world forward.

In addition to connecting with old friends, we had the pleasure of meeting several new companies and vendors who are making waves in the industry. We look forward to exploring potential collaborations and keeping you updated on their developments.

At our booth, we had the pleasure of interviewing some of our most popular writers and industry leaders. We talked security and mainframe with Mark Wilson and Andy Penlington from Vertali. Peter Enrico from Pivotor talked about mainframe performance tuning, and Derek Britton energized the COBOL conversation. Brian Marshall and Milt Rosberg from Vanguard Integrity Professionals joined us to discuss security and the partner-customer relationship. Anthony (Tony) Anter and Jeremy Hamilton from BMC reflected on the sessions at SHARE, and talked about trends and the future of mainframe technology.

These conversations were nothing short of enlightening. We delved into a range of topics, from emerging technologies and industry trends to personal insights and predictions for the future of mainframe computing. We can’t wait to share these interviews with you in the coming weeks. Stay tuned to our podcast channel—these episodes promise to be both informative and inspiring!
