Lauren Valenti, currently the Director of Mainframe Education & Customer Engagement at Broadcom, has built a distinguished career since joining CA Technologies in 2000, before it merged into Broadcom. Her role encapsulates managing pivotal elements within the Mainframe Software Division, including education, customer engagement, and insights, marking her as a key player in shaping the future of mainframe technology.
Recognized for her dedication to nurturing mainframe skills and supporting women in tech, Lauren’s initiatives focus on equipping individuals and organizations with the technical training necessary for IT proficiency, especially in mainframe systems. Her efforts to bridge the mainframe skills gap through innovative educational programs have not only demonstrated success in cultivating new talent but have also contributed toward’s Broadcom’s recognition as the “Best Learning Team” by the Brandon Hall Group as a part of the Excellence Awards.
