Qualifications
- At least 4+ years development and implementation of Application in Appian.
- At least 8+ years software development experience
- Experience designing solutions using Appian
- Hands-on experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, Process and Interface design
- Experience translating business process software requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions
- Experience developing and using a library of reusable Appian components that can be demonstrated across processes and workflows
- Hands on automation of functional and performance testing
- Appian Certified Associate Developer (L1) is a must
- Experience with Agile Methodology and coordinating with team members located in different regions
- Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Advance knowledge of Java is a plus
