Qualification
- BS degree (Computer Science or EE preferred) or associated work experience.
- 7+ years programming in Mainframe technologies
- 5+ years experience with Cobol, CICS
- 5+ years with SQL
- 2+ years management/leadership experience (direct people reports and/or lead analyst/programmer running tech side of a project/issue and having staff report into him/her while designing or working the project/issue)
- 3+ years performance tuning
- Ability to effectively communicate (both orally and through written presentations and reports) with internal and external clients.
- Strong internal or external negotiation skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate knowledge of the infrastructure mainframe processing services area
