Qualification
- Thorough in-depth knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes from both an industry and BMO perspective
- Demonstrated success in working productively with business clients, developer peers, and technical specialists such as architects and DBAs
- 5–10 years systems analysis and programming experience with extensive business knowledge
- Experience with z/OS, JCL, CICS, MVS, DB2 would be an asset
- Knowledge of the banking/financial industry is an asset
- Willingness to learn High Level Assembler language
- Solid understanding of SDLC and QA requirements
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
