The mainframe has both a rich history and a modern appeal. As the mainframe commemorates its 60th anniversary, let’s celebrate its illustrious past and the people who build and innovate with it daily.
Help us recognize individuals who have significantly contributed to the field of mainframes or in the careers of mainframers. Nominate someone who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, or impact on the mainframe community. We will celebrate the nominees in April!

Anyone who impacted your mainframe journey, mainframe technology, or the mainframe community. They may be alive or deceased. You may know them personally or not.
How do I nominate someone?

What information do I need to nominate someone?
Your contact information, their contact information (if known and available), and why you nominated them. We will contact you before attributing any quote you provided. We will also contact the nominee to collect a photo and further research them, if applicable.
Can I nominate myself?
Yes, you can nominate yourself; we won’t tell.
Is there a limit to the number of individuals I can nominate?
No, but these should be the MOST INFLUENTIAL.
What will Nominees get? Is there a prize?
